Hello Friends, Are there any good podcasts for java? I listen to java posse and swampcast and I am not very happy with either of them. They usually discuss topics like OpenJDK or interviews with Pandora programmers that add no value to my knowledge. Are there podcasts that discuss more about things like AJAX, Groovy, Ruby on Rails etc. and what are the core concepts behind it?

Note that of the three things you list as being part of your ideal "podcast for Java", only one of them is related at all to Java! Maybe you're looking for a podcast for web development in general, instead?
I find it generally a much better use of my time to read articles about a topic than to listen to audio covering the same - it takes much less time. The topics you mention in particular have been covered to the n-th degree in freely available online articles, so I doubt that many people would see value in making podcasts about them.
