How do you find this stuff?!
To totally hijack your thread... I am the 80th ranked reviewer in the UK! With only 110 votes this means that either no one in the UK writes reviews or no one in the UK votes for reviews.

I was fishing in blogs to find out more about O'Reilly "Hacks" series. Many O'Reilly authors have blogs and if you are lucky, you can get info about new book even before it appear on O'Reilly site (and before they are written, of course). This way I fished out "Amazon hacks" and recently "Blogging Hacks". Then today I read that O'Reilly canceled "Blogging Hacks"!
Congratulations on your high UK rank!

I always find the book at amazon.com and read the reviews there as there's hardly ever enough reviews on a book on amazon.co.uk to get an impression of the book. So it may be that no-one reads the UK reviews which is why there aren't many votes But don't let that discourage you!
