Hello,
Can somebody explain to me in detail what do the terminologoies B2B and B2C mean.?

Those terms are used to denote the systems that take care of transaction between two business entities or between business to consumer.
If Citibank has a system which communicates with other banks, it is B2B.
On the otherhand if the system talks to its customers (end users) it is B2C.
Hope this is Ok.
