hello sampath,
JIT compiler, compiles your code. and we know compiled code runs faster than the interpreted code.
this option is available with tthe browser, in IE browser>tools>internet options>advance>java VM>.
u enable this option and your byte code will be compiled to native executable code, hence making the executation faster.

JIT, FYI stands for Just in Time.
Since this is Microsoft Java, it really isn't true java, but...
