Super is used call the constructors in ur base class from the derived class. Also some methods cannot me overridden, in that case also, the class inheriting the previous class can access that methods of its base using super

Super is used to call the methods implemented in the super class (or base class) from which the current class has been inherited. Super calls are generally made from within the methods that has been overridden so as to access the original method of the base class.
