its done by using javascript. frst i thought its by flash. to get the code click view source and take the code...cooool

You know that you need multiple images to do it.
Basically you would need setTimeouts and clearTimeouts with mousover and mouseout events. It would take a minute to code a basic generic code.

Hey I control my woman with solitaire that is done in JS, but wait........She is starting to control me with it by telling me to fix it...
HMMMMM....
I used to have a fish tank script that allowed you to control the number of fish, lighting, and plants. I lacked on the graphics part but they swimmed around the tank and you could pick on them by clicking on them. They would swim away. Man, I should redo that script....Things to add to my list...lol

There was a great demo at JavaOne of the Virtual FishTank at The Computer Museum in Boston. Here is a press release.
