how do you write a method to open multiple windows. When my applet window opens it opens in a text field and I can save this as a file. but how do I open another file while still having the initial one open? I have a New menuItem on my drop down but don't know how to get it to create a new file. any help would be appreciated.
Thanks Ron.
I'm wanting to open one window on top of another without deleting the previous window, Like is done in MSWord.

Sorry i can't reply to this question.
Dear moderators please have a look at the above problem. Just writing this msg to keep it up on the current msgs list as it has been delaying for 5 days.
Thanks.
