Since Paul is going to delete the non-joke threads from here, I thought I would start this thread to contiue the PC discusion.
Herb, I certainly didn't mean to offend you in any way and I admit that the breathalyzer joke was indeed crude. So please accept my apologies. It just seems to me that we should be able to laugh at jokes that are obviously absurd without taking offense.

See, Morris, this is why you should talk to me before submitting a post.
Apologizing for making a crude joke. What's this place coming to?

So that's what I have to look forward to in 10 years, hm?
Snap out of it, man. It's just a number. It's this PC crap that will make you old before your time. Speak yo' mind and don't look back. F*** yeah it hurts sometimes, but it's real.

Michael, you are *apologizing*? That was one of the few blonde jokes I hadn't heard. It's on my new favorite list
p.s. I posted some more blonde jokes in the 'debate' topic. I *meant* to put them in the place where the blonde jokes moved to, but hey -- what can you expect... I'm blonde, after all

Since mea culpas seem to be inappropriate, I suppose apologizing for apologizing would be a faux pas. I'm really getting Wow, three languages in one post, that's a personal record!

When he was given bowl of poison then one of his pupil asked why were he drinking this, he was not gulity.
Socrates said, "Do you want me to drink it after doing some crime."

Toss 'em. It's all Red Bull and Jaegermeister these days, man! Get in the game.
No more Farah or Sansabelt slacks neither. Dockers are marginal, Chinos ok, denim best.
And cap those rusty hedge trimmers you call teeth! Get young, dammit!

Ever danced with the Green Fairy ME? Absinthe that is. 150 proof tastes like a very bitter Jaeger. You have to make your own now unless you have friends in the Czech Republic.

No, still looks like 3 to me. Unless there's a distinction being made between classical and vulgar latin, or something like that.

I resent your characterization of my neighbor that way, sir! And so what if I was a little curious??

Absinthe that is.

Oh. Never mind that last reponse then. Yeah, long time ago.

Absinthe, Pernod, ouzo, slivovitz, Everclear, pastis, Turkish coffee. Over time I've had a whack at just about any idgit drink that comes up in a novel. Some nasty concoctions people drink in the name of national pride, but you already knew it.
