i was wondering how you folks are able to remember or categorize so many white papers, documents, etc. on the web? Cindy, do you go to the url you mentioned frequently or do you use software (something better than internet explorer's FAVORITES menu?) to track and categorize these links?
thanx,
thomas

Thomas,
I think you refer to the Java Language Specifications (JLS), Cindy's favorite source of information about Java . Yeah, Cindy, just what is your secret? My guesses: 1) familiarity with the subject matter and 2) the index.

I know how to use Google .
And I like to read what I bump into.
(Of course the JLS is a necessity! )

It is sorta covered in the JavaRanch Style Guide.
