running jar appz

Hi
1)Before i use the HelpSet api, i'm able to jar my whole application and run it using the "java -jar Appz.jar". However,
after implementing help files, it couldn't work/run anymore, err being unable to pass thru "import javax.help.*".
BTW, I've only include the main-class header in the manifest file.
2)In previous workable jar file, although i've 'jar' the whole of directory, including the images files, problem is that when i run it, no image appears... how come?
