Hi Richard
Can you please elaborate and give more information on 'groat'? I tried to google but with less useful results I would say.
Thanks
Maulin

I believe the weakest "in use" currency is the Turkish lira
1.00 USD United States Dollars = 1,374,912.21 TRL Turkey Liras
1 USD = 1,374,912.21 TRL
1 TRL = 0.000000727319 USD
(rate from www.xe.com)
Cheers,
Linda

wow, didn't know it was that bad these days.
Was in Turkey about 10 years ago, back then it was "only" about a hundred thousand to one.

Imagine what its like for us brits going to turkey - each pound (IIRC the highest value single one of the lot) gets 2,225,972.00 turkish lira. What makes it more confusing is the turkish habit of dropping the last few digits from prices, and also, like most non-uk european countries, swapping around "." and "," when writing numbers.....
