Could I please get the steps how to import a user defined package
As i have already created 2-3 classes in one file and would like to turn that in to a package. Also please specify the saving name of the file. Will it be a particular class name defined in the file? if yes which class name? as well as do i need to make an entry in the policytool or anywhere else?
Regards
Please Help!

"Duffer" -

Welcome to the JavaRanch! Please adjust your displayed name to meet the
JavaRanch Naming Policy.
You can change it here.

Documentation on how to create and use packages can be found in the Java Tutorial provided by Sun.

I don't see why this is in the Swing / JFC / AWT forum... I'm moving it to Java in General (Beginner).

Thanks! and welcome to the JavaRanch!

Don't get me started about those stupid light bulbs.
