They have two -->
Head First Java; Published by O'Reilly -- is their new Beginner's Java Book, due out in May (very cool -- and I'm not just saying that 'cause Valentin and I were the technical editors)
Sun Certified Programmer & Developer; Published by McGrawHill-Osborne -- is their Certification book. I highly reocmmend it if you're going to go for your Java Cert.

Note that the second book is not for learning Java. It is strictly to help you learn how to pass the certification exam.

Thanks everyone, and thanks for the links to the books. We used Dietel and Dietel in our java class at school and was looking for a text that summaried what areas on which I needed to concentrate. Have been studying for the test, not quite ready yet.
