What is the best way to improve the average IQ of the human race ? {Don't tell me I have to kill myself. I have heard that one several times already. It's a stale old joke now}. I think the source of all conflict and misery on earth is caused by the 'dumbass factor'. So if we can find a way to neutralise all dumbasses (by making them more intelligent) we may have solved all of mankind's problems. Any idea's anyone?

I don't think the problem is too low IQ's. I think the problem is too many people with high IQ's are dumbasses.

Selective breeding is the answer.
An academic in Finland (or Norway??) recently reccomended governmental encouragment for smart people to have more babies, and to pay dumbasses not to have children. Over time the dumbass ratio would decrease noticeably.
