learing java

+Pie Number of slices to send: Send
Hello all. I am new to java ( 1 year of servlet programming). I am having problems remberering different basic language constructs. Does any one know how or where I can get the basic langauge javadoc so when I hit help in my ide (intellij) I can get the help on parts like the for loop static finally try etc... part of the language. I have the api javadocs installed on my ide, I just need some kind of quick reference for the base language.
Thanks

Check out the Java Language Specification here.

Then again, JLS isn't exactly what I'd recommend as a *quick* reference to the language.
The Java Tutorial might be a better starting point for basic constructs.
