They can either use the Complete Personal Money Management solution that I am about to develop, or employ some not-so-rich person or firm to look after it for them. Something tells me that they are not really into computers, and wont be using my software - well, their loss!

They employ people to look after it. Occassionally ( usually with financially naive people like pop stars ) these employees embezzle the money. I'm sure Bill Gates in not financially naive though.

The economic / political philosophy behind the creation of America's institutions was that the government would respect people's rights -- including their right to property. Therefore, traditionally, rich people have not needed to hide money.
That's one reason foreigners from around the world invest here, even though logically speaking one should be able to make greater profits investing where capital is scarcer.
Of course, there's always the danger that leftists will change things, and to some extent they already have. In many places taxes have increased to the point that many small cash businesses have started evading taxes. Rich people who want to hide money have to do so in places like the Bahamas or Switzerland, and money-hiders in those countries depend upon their reputation for secrecy.

In india, the tax rate is so high, that in order to make some saving,we have to hide some money. The situation for salaried person is worst. We can not hide money as employer has to submit all employee details with goverment. However, business people can do.If we pay tax as per goverment rule, at the end of year I will left with very little amount.

You think tax rates are high in India? I would say you are buying into the lies of greedy and dishonest businessmen and corrupt politicians in India. And yet, you wonder why India is still a poor country?
