Does JRE5 come with J2SE 5 only?

Does J2SE 1.4.2 SDK come with JRE5?

No, JDK 1.4 does not contain JRE5. However, non-developers can download JRE5 separately from J2SE 5, so it's not "only" avaiable through J2SE 5.
