can we have audio clips in JFrame?

i'm writing this program in JFrame.. then i was browsing java.sun.com n happened to see that it's possible to have audio clips in applets. so am now wondering can i have music for my JFrame? or is it only for applets?

That method is only available for applets, but the Java Media framework (JMF) is a separate standard API that can play music -- see http://java.sun.com/jmf .
