Hi
I have installed Jsdk1.4.2 version 8 on my windows XP .I already had jsdk1.2 .Im trying to edit the path variable ,but unable to do so.when i type path in the command prompt ,the existing path is c:\j2sdk1.2_0\bin;c:\J2; ..I am trying to edit the Path variable in the SYSTEM/ADVANCED/ENVIRONMENT VARIABLES. I am not seeing this c:\j2sdk1.2_0\bin;c:\J2; in the value for the path variable .CAn anyone tell me how to change the path to c:\j2sdk1.4.2_08\bin;Any help will be appreciated .
Thanks

Delete the previous version folder and then set the path in the environment variables.

for eg path= c:\JDK1.5\bin;
