I am familiar with topics in K&B's SCJP5.0 Study Guide. I want to write the SCJP exam quickly.
Any suggestions to prepare SCJP in short term.

Hi nagaraju saraswathi
If you already have experience on java then you can prepare SCJP in short term

Do a lot of practice on simple java code that will teach you everything.

Think on multiple possiblities for every concept.

Best of Luck

I don't get it!!! How can you say you have no programming experience what so ever, and yet you say you got 97%?!
----
>I took more than one year for SCJP5.0 preparation.
So how long all in all was it?

Today I finally did one Master Exam without taking a break at all -
took me 3 hours and 10 minutes (The SCJP 6 exam takes up to 3hours 30),
and then I only had 75%!!! :-(

This stuff is REALLY hard. No idea if I will ever be able to get a score of 95%++

:-(((

Hello Marcus Moreno

I mean to say I am not worked in company in such a way that I said I have no professional experience of java

Acually I did lot of practical java coding. There are no words to say how much I code for java but I say I did very very much java coding practicallly in such a way that I have practical experience and try to achieve expert level in java.

I studied thouroughly for java language not for scjp alone
I did lot of coding practice in java
I made code by myself and think on that code how it works etc.
I gone through many references for java wherever possible that given lot of knowledge about java
But ultimately study of java is endless every time person learn new thing about java so study of java never ends.

I never think about score. Score does not matters I only think about java knowledge because java knowledge matters a lot.
Even on exam day I never think how much I score on exam. I only focus on java programming only.

I hope this clears

currently I am searching for java job as a fresher position

Regards
Ninad
