to the XYZ guy

.
This is the first step were your thinking/logic fails.
Why can't XYZ XYZ can be a Woman. From your name i
can't make out what faith you follow. If it is christanity
does it also preach woman to be unequal in all ways like Islam.

I think what you're saying is an EXCUSE for the Jihad.

The first time i heard about jihad is in your forum. I hope
you got the point.

[/b]It is a political problem, not a religious one. Once religion comes into the picture, there cannot be a resolution because people become too fanatical about it.
So now, because it has become a holy war, either the US or the fanatical Muslims need to be destroyed. Unfortunately for the fanatics, it will be them.
[/b]

Your thinking is still not clear. Politics is worst kind of business and they can stoop
to any level and that is way it is called politics. Religion is one of sensitive faith
of humans they take advantage of.
Do you think Osam Bin Laden worked for US just for dollars.
When some one plans a startegy first thing they do is encourage the weakness of the other
person and ISLAM (religion) is the weakness of Bin Laden which they encouraged with their
over confident startegy but never imagined it will turn on them. Its US who encouraged and
sponsered and made them fanatics for their own good. Divide and rule was the strategy which the
British used in India because of their diversity.

Its this kind of strategy ( I mean encouraging the weakness)
that made Clinton a bad person where as he is a good administrator
and the world respects him inspite of that scandal.
I felt he expressed more religious tolerance and responsibility than Bush in his speech now also.
I am not sure What American people represent by BUSH speech. Anyway it is entirely a different topic.
I condemn the deaths of innocent people which ever country it is. Tuesday's tragedy
is a big one and i couldn't stop crying when people carrying their loved ones photos
waiting at WTC going through the agony and pain and uncertainity on what happened to loved ones.
It is this innocent deaths of loved ones that can't replace anything and justify any act
like the ones US did for its own benifit previously.
Lets hope the world moves forward above lands, religion, ethnicity/race as one humans
and tolerates other faiths and seeks world peace.
But i have grim hope on the baby Bush administration as his thoughts are cloned by Older Bush
who i feel is too conservative and bent toward racisicm (correct me if i am wrong with this person(Older Bush) as i don't
know much about his administration).

GOOD Bye.

If this is the first time you have heard of "jihad" then you must be an uninformed person. Perhaps before you continue to spout off ignorant remarks you should actually try to learn something about the world.

C'mon Marcus, we would at least expect more solidarity from you!?
Are you saying that Americans declared war on Americans? That our FBI has no clue as to what's really going on against our country and yours?
Or maybe I didn't understand your question. (It would be my fault in that case!, I apologize in advance if that's the situation; I'm speeding through newsgroups and stuff ...)

Calmer minds will prevail. Our President has spoken.
We will not be lured into a nuclear nightmare (for our enemies of course, not for us, because we can do anything we want and the rest of the world can't), because we are a civilized nation and will, and also went out of our way (if the American people JUST knew!) in the Gulf War no to hurt civilians in Irak.
If the American people knew the hoops we had to jump to avoid killing so-called innocent civilians in Iraq, they would be telling us now:
"How is it that you went through all this trouble to NOT KILL civilians in Iraq, at the risk of our troops' security!!??"
The American public will not back another war like that.
Now they want results fast and at minimum risk to American soldiers, which is of course achievable.
And will be achieved.

May the Taliban's "so-called god" have mercy upon them, because WE won't!

Here's a creative idea to bring about world peace
This is from a New York Times article:
Ra'ed Salah, the leader of the Islamic movement, declared his opposition to terror "in all its shapes." He said he opposed killing civilians "all over the world in Palestine, in Iraq, in America."
Mr. Salah had a particular message for President Bush. If the American president wanted to achieve peace and security, Mr. Salah said, "the only solution is for Bush to convert to Islam." He added that "there is no war between Islam and America."

XYZ:
"guy" is unisex. I sometimes say to a group of girls, "What are you guys doing?" It's slang English.
The Jihad did not originate in this forum. It is often used as an excuse by Muslim fundamentalists to further their political case, in disguise as religious righteousness.
And, that's another thing about politics and religion. Although through politics innocent people also die, at least politicians can and do admit wrong. Whereas religious fanatics think god is on their side and are therefore never wrong.
We are all human. We are all wrong at some time or another. I believe this time, the attack was wrong. The religious people that did this cannot see that because they are blinded by their faith. Politicians, on the other hand, may admit mistake (although rare, but possible). For example, most Americans admit the Vietnamese War was a mistake. We're sorry. But I bet Muslims don't think any of their past Jihad-like terror were mistakes because they had religion behind them.

Don't you think you are not doing a fair characterization of a person because he/she doesn't know
an arabic word. I think this goes into jumping into a conclusion and generalizing it.
Extendeing your line of thinking i have seen many posts in this forum(who have similar thinking like you) who have generalized
all arabs and muslim as bad because one person/group are bad and want to eliminate the enter race.
If one person/group represents the entire country and continuing your line of thinking how others have
to think of american people. Do we need think you guys as Dumb heads(generalizing looking at Bush)
or others (which i don't want to use) on the lines of clinton.
Atleast you got to know that the world is not thinking like you guys because they are not ignorant of the
world around like many americans and sharing along with american people the tuesday's tragedy.
I am sorry if it looks more like American bashing bc'z i don't want to finger point people
in time of grief and also when you guys are angry looking for answers and retailation. My heartfelt sympathesis for all the people who lost their loved ones.

I am not what you are thinking me to be Tony.(If it refers to me).
I am sorry to hear the loss of your friend.

I do agree with you that you can refer it for a group of girls. I guess it is wrong when
you refer it to one person. Anyway, this is not an important thing to discuss right now but i
just want to make it a point. period.
