Tendulkar to Retire

But what did Cricket Australia achieved by delaying Hyssey's entry into International cricket? Had he been introduced earlier he would have made many more loads of runs.

They wasted Hussey's half the career. I am glad BCCI (Board of cricket control in India) did not do the same.

Raghu i would like to correct yourself. He said people should respect seniors. He didnt say anything about selectors.
And dropping a player that is not performing for long time is not a disrespect.

its not worth blamming sachin to retire, it should have been upto selectors to find team /combination to win, not yeilding to pressure from individual performances of cricketers and their fans

I know this is a old thread. Finally the sad news has come. Sachin will retire from all forms of game after playing his 200th test match. We will miss him. Thanks for the joy you have given us since 1989.
