You could read my explanation above, and I didn't mean success of an individual. I think you misunderstood.

I don't like this attitude about teamwork, if somebody has difficulty in working with a team, the team should help him, not just get him out of the team. It's a direct responsibility of the team leader to solve this problem, but everyone in the team should help each other as well.
