Lunch
4 oz chunk chicken on toast with slice of cheese and Taco Bell fire sauce
1 cup steamed green beans

Snacks
14 cheese cubes
1 apple
protein shake/smoothie(if I have calories left over)

Dinner
Homemade StirFry
Brown Rice

Which really, really hit the spot after have spent the morning removing old mortar joints from the rear brickwall of my house, and the afternoon removing the old waterproofing material from the roof of my carport, so that it could be re-covered with EPDM rubber. Long day.

Breakfast - kiwis, oatmeal and walnuts. Lunch - Home made cheesy garlic bread with veg toppings. Barbecued mushrooms, pineapple, and corn. And some salad made of randomly picked ingredients.
