OK, so where, in your mind, is the line drawn between government regulation for the greater good, and stepping on personal freedoms? I think any thinking person would admit that it's a fine gray line, but most people I know think that it's fine if it stands on the side of protecting non-smokers from having to breathe other people's noxious and poisonous fumes in public places and the workplace. I'm certainly glad that I don't have to put up with that anymore for the most part.

How obnoxious does one person's "freedom" have to be to warrant regulatory intervention?
