Hello!!! I hope everyone is having a good day.

I've been pulling my hair out and I was hoping you could help me with a problem I'm having.

I play games online. When I play games at pogo.com in IE, I use Microsoft VM and everything works fine. But when I try to play on Firefox, I use Java. I go to pogo, sign in, pick a game to play and when I go to load a room, I get the loading page. After a few minutes, I get an error message saying Java wasn't found. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Java, so I know it's there.

I've gone into Java to tell it to always work with Firefox. I have been googling for the last week, trying all sorts of tips. Clearing the cache and cookies, un-enabling java and javascript and re-enabling them.

I also went to the java website and tried their suggestions for pogo, and that hasn't worked either.

Do any of you know why it would be saying Java isn't found?

thank you everyone for reading and thank you in advance for your help.

See if this item from a Firefox FAQ answers the question.
