I have a list with elements A,B,C,D,A.I have a set with elements A,B,C,D.Now i have to compare the list and the set and get the duplicate element in the List ie., A. How do i do it?

add() method of Set returns true only if the element is not present already
So you can try to add elements of list to set and find it out..
