As I understand it, no one is insisting on charging money to correct code. Money is being charged for a course to learn programming - with one-on-one feedback to help you learn more than just how to get some result. In my opinion, it's a rare offer and is worth a lot more than $200.
There are plenty of books out there with a few solutions to problems, but without explanations of why one way is preferable to another. 200 dollars will buy you a few of those.
