How is Java programs run on machine without java lang?  RSS feed

Does it mean I have to write the program and run under the internet browser ( with JVM installed)?


Please advice.

To run a Java program, you must have a JRE (Java Runtime Environment) installed - doesn't matter if it's an applet that runs inside a browser or a stand-alone program.
