Hello,

The best way to learn eclipse is just use it. It is very user friendly.
I am sure you will learn very quickly.

Even after you want a book, I found following book very good.

The Java Developers Guide to Eclipse ( AW ). D'Anjou, Khen

But Still I suggest , Just use it.

All the best.
