does any body know what is the technology used to produce Finding Nemo ?
(Maya or 3D Max or....)
the same question is for Monsters, Inc.
their design is amazing...

From what I understand Pixar uses it's own modeling tools and engines that were developed in house or custome developed by a 3rd party. I don't believe they use currently available commercial products.

Elsewhere on the site they talk about their RenderFarm where they process the frames. To render one frame to film quality takes around 6 hours ...
