Does anyone have any experience in designing and developing a benefit enrollment project before? like medical, vision, dental plans, etc.

Any suggestion, thoughts, links, code would be helpful.

I'm told the dental enrollment and self service sites at our company are so good they make sales in our group coverage. Almost makes me wish I worked on those systems. What kind of things were you interested in?
