I've got an applet I'm trying to make.. It's supposed to draw a square that is blue on the screen, but when I run the applet, it doesn't work.. Here is the code..

What could I be doing wrong?

Could you be more specific about what doesn't work? I ran your code and got a blue outlined rectangle.

on the Applet screen it says " Start: Applet not initialized" and it's blank.. and in the DOS screen in the background, I see a ton of lines of what appear to be errors..

I ran an applet just 2 days ago, so I don't think my Java should be messed up..
