Is there a way to list down all the standard java package names like classes disassembled with "javap"?

Can you not use the javadocs for the JDK that you are using (it has all the variables/methods and definitions), or do you need it for something else?

Thnkx Nicholas but I just wanna know if I can programmatically get the list of all available packages and display the list in listbox..

There is nothing in the JRE that does this, but you could write a program that takes the CLASSPATH and iterates through all directories and jar files it contains.
