How can i access linux file(ext3) system from windows using java?

Don't know. I have only just worked out how to do it from Linux to get into an NTFS partition.

I tried a Google search for "how to access Linux files from Windows" which brought up several links, which I haven't read yet. Try them and see what you can make of them. You will probably have to do the Windows equivalent of mounting the folders, then see whether you can get at them with a JFileChooser.
Alternatively you might be able to use the Runtime.exec() method to call a mounting application. There are problems with Runtime.exec(), which this rather old website explains.

If the Linux boxes are running SAMBA you can use JCIFS (http:jcifs.samba.org).
 
With a little knowledge, a cast iron skillet is non-stick and lasts a lifetime.
