I've gotten into the habit of peeling mine with my teeth before eating them.

Oh yeah !!!

Checkout these 2 things if u already haven't (use cold grapes.. preferably green ones)

1. peel lotsa grapes and eat them in one shot
2. stuff around 12 unpeeled grapes (more won't fit for me) between ur teeth (not directly into ur mouth.. in between teeth in a semi-circle way) and bite into them all @ once !!! (u might choke if ure not careful ;-) )

Do these two on a hot day!!! Instant comfort !!!
;-)

Dunno which is worse :

Thin-skinned oranges or thick-skinned grapes!
You get most of the juice all over your hands and some very damaged fruit.
Using a pare knife isn't the answer either.

This brought back a funny memory...

When I was a kid, I had a dog that liked grapes, but she was old & couldn't bite thru the skin. I'd sit all day & peel them with my teeth, or bite them in half for her!

With thick skinned black grapes you put the stalk-hole end in your mouth first then squeeze the back gently. The inside should just pop into your mouth. No peeling needed.
