We decided to do our own interpretation: let us get the bug devils collected in one place and blast them. In other words, best programming practices from day one to down size the population of these little bug devils.
Yes, the explanation does get to be a little airy fairy.

Okay. My theory was "the devil is in the details." In any case, it's rare to have an eye-catching cover on a programming book, so it's all good. Thanks for the response!
