Ok When im in command promt and type java -version, it displays my version and so on... but when i type javac in the command line it says javac is not reconized as an internal or external command operable program... my path to my computer is.

Path=%path%; c:\windows\system32;c:\program files\java\jdk1.6.0_05\bin;C;\windows\command;C:\windows;c:\windows\command;"c:\program files\Java\jdk1.5.0_<version>\bin

once again... towards the end of my path i have that "c:\program files\Java\jdk1.5.0_<version>\bin

there is no need to start a new thread. In fact, we'd prefer you don't, so that people don't have to re-hash things you've already tried. I'm closing this thread. Please post any follow-ups over in the old thread.
