There's an "old wives' tale" about men, urination, and arithmetic. Supposedly if you are having trouble urinating (perhaps in a public place, like a stadium bathroom) you can make yourself go by doing sums in your head.

If you mean me, than my PM is totally unrelated to this thread. It was written a week ago and I am trying Rita to read it, because she didn't provide her e-mail address, so she can't be notified about PMs.

I'm not sure about this line of reasoning. There isn't that much nooky in Star Trek.

I just keep thinking, "water, water, water" in my head and that works for me. Sometimes, I just turn on the sink and the running water does the trick.

Map: this produced greater labial excitation (as defined by skin resistance)

Did they determine the labial excitation by measuring skin resistance? What kind of resistance, to electricity? I could just see the wires connected to ... umm, labia, while the subject is trying to get the square root of a prime.

While on the subject: I test drove two cars yesterday, a 2005 Lexus ES330 and a 2004 Toyota Avalon. My main criteria is noise isolation, soft ride, and comfort, but I wasn't sure which vehicle was better. So, I thought, why not use a device that measures both the noise and the smootheness of a ride. Something like a gyroscope with a microphone. Wouldn't that be great for consumers? I guess one could also use it as a sex toy.

Arjun: What is the goal of this thread?

Sounds to me like Map is just flexing her muscles.

Nah, just the last week MD was so boring, so I felt a need to post something bad. This was the worst and most meaningless piece of info I could find.

Nice to see you, John. I started to worry, where did you go.

a "deeply rooted" tradition as in "this washing machine is rooted".

"After concluding that sexual privacy was "deeply rooted" in American legal tradition and practice, the trial judge again found the law unconstitutional."

As far as interspecies nooky is concerned, I think the reasons are pretty clear: Vulcans only do it once every 7 years, KLingons consider biting that draws blood an act of foreplay and as for Ferengi...

From a guy's point of view, (fool)hardy is he who would stick his in a unfamiliar orifice. If going where no hu-man has gone before means this, the Federation can count me out.
