I want to create one ticker just like Stock exchange sites are having
some described scripts/stocks' will be added to the ticker and
it keeps rolling, just like marque in HTML..

Yes you can do that. What is the problem you are having?

@Paul

I want to make an application which is having the ticker
identical to Stock market websites...
what is the logic, or/and way to perform the coding for that?

Do you have a source of market data you are going to use? Does it have a specified format?

Any specified website? Do you mean you want the user to be able to select where their data comes from? Sounds very difficult. It is easy enough to connect to a URL and read whatever is there (see java.net.URL), but without an API defining the content you are going to find it hard to do much with the data (and remember that you are probably going to need the permission of the site owner to use their data).
