Hi
I have java EE 5 SDK on my system. I set CLASSPATH variable to servlet-api.jar and PATH variable to C:\sun\sdk\bin.
I have been trying to run a servlet but compiler is giving error:
package javax.servlet.http does not exist.

Initially it was giving package javax.servlet does not exist. But after setting PATH to javax pakage, the compiler has shown package javax.servlet.http does not exist error.

I just want to run a simple servlet. pls do guide me if i have to do any setting changes or if i need to install other j2ee version.

Looking for some prompt responses.

Please use real words when posting to the forums. Abbreviations such as "pls" in place of "please" only serve to make your posts more difficult to read and less likely to generate useful responses.
