sun.misc is package right. If it is package where can i find it, i had j2se and j2ee api.Ifn't a package then what is that?

The JRE/JDK contains many packages that are not part of the public API. Their names start with "sun." or "com.sun.", and they should not be used by applications, because they can change between JRE/JDK versions.

The Apache Commons Codec library provides base-64 en-/decoding if you need it.
