Welcome to JavaRanch.

The SCJP is not an easy exam. It will not be easy to pass the exam if you are brand new to Java and you have only one month of experience. Most people who do the SCJP exam already have some experience with working in Java, and take at least 2-3 months to prepare for SCJP. Why are you in such a hurry to get SCJP certified?

Have a look at the SCJP FAQ for more information on SCJP.

Again, welcome. I am sure you will find us useful and helpful here at JavaRanch. Yes, I think it would be worthwhile finding a good training scheme if you can; I am sure you will learn a lot more from people who can program than from any book. But make sure your training is a good scheme.

And please use the normal spelling of "days" etc: some people who did not grow up speaking English may be confused by such spellings, as described in this FAQ.

Speaking as a beginner myself, I think you will find it impossible to pass the SCJP in such a short time. I have been studying for it on and off for about ten months, and am almost ready. (If I were in a hurry I could have finished it months ago.) I strongly recommend the Bates & Sierra book as preparation for the exam.
