1. Sign up at a dance class
2. Sign up to learn to play the piano
3. Learn new things, and work well to get a promotion at office
3. Not leave dirty dishes in the sink for more than a day
And if my resolutions run out of steam by mid-March, not to worry, April 14th is Tamil New Year Day, and I will be able to recharge !!!
I am ready to take on 2005. Are you???
To pull finger out and get on with it.
To release projects under a Creative Commons GNU GPL license.
To murder as many Christmas Carols as possible.
Rocking Reindeer , Santa's nearly here
A beautiful sight, We're happy tonight
Rocking in a winter wonderland
After watching aspirational shows like Strictly Come Dancing and the X-Factor, the urge to learn to dance and sing is overwhelming. Perhaps in time for Simon Cowell's next show....
I'm sure I had these New Year Resolutions three years ago.
An old nautical expression that comes from the times of the Men o' War. When the cannon were loaded a small amount of powder was poured into the ignition hole near the base of the weapon. In order to keep the powder secure before firing, a crew member pushed one of his fingers into the hole. When the time came for ignition, the crewman was told to pull his finger out. Naturally, in the heat of battle, the faster he pulled his finger out, the better.
Exercise. (Skeptical but nevertheless I want to acknowledge that I need to change my habits.)
Be more prompt in addressing things. Not wait till the last minute. [aka file taxes asap, not on April 15.]
Need to cleanup the place, not just before the parties but in general. Tons of papers lying everywhere. [Student home, what can I say.]
Take the XML Certification exam, been postponing it for a very long time now...
Follow atleast some of these.......
