Can Curry Keep Our Brains Intact?

Worth a few blemishes, eh, Ellen.
I wonder if there's a point where curry can get too hot for the brain?

I read somewhere that too much wheat can make people dyslexic and Asians on a rich diet tend to be diabetic (mostly mild forms of diabetes).

I have no idea about the combustible combination of curry and Brians - no doubt he is a lager lout.

The link I posted was for the 2nd January and note Kathy Sierra's comment and recomendation for chocolate. Which I heartily endorse.

Holy Basil (Tulsi leaves) has a very calming effect. After two capsules, a roomful of toddlers going through the terrible twos will not faze anyone.

Caffeine is the world's biggest drug.
You'd have to eat half a pound of dark chocolate to get the same amount of caffeine in a 12 oz cup. You can get tights infused with caffeine and worn for slimmer thighs. Or rub coffee on those pins for a tan and slimming effect.
Cigarrette smoking immobilises the caffeine in the body much quicker but not to be recommended for it's other well known side-effects - lung cancer.

I'm including this for those struggling with their New Year resolutions.

An alternative to that Polypill - the Polymeal by doctors writing in the British Medical Journal.

The meal consists of a number of foods proven to reduce the risk of heart disease. wine, fish, fruit and vegetables, garlic, dark chocolate and a handful of almonds.

And watch what's in those ciggies. Criminal gangs in China and Eastern Europe have started making their own cigarettes to be sold cheaply. The tobacco is bulked out with sawdust and noxious material. The cadmium in them causes kidney disease and have 6 times of lead than legit cigs.
