Welcome to JavaRanch.

Your questions sounds quite vague, so it is not clear what exactly you want to know. Can you explain in more detail what you're trying to do, so that we can give you a useful answer?

The word "sequence" is sometimes used as a synonym of List. You can put numbers into a List object, and get all the numbers in the List in order.

Have a look at the Java Tutorials about Collections, and you will need to know about auto-boxing and unboxing which (Java 5 and 6 only) make it much easier to use Lists of Numbers.

It is sorta covered in the JavaRanch Style Guide.
