Someone please assist me out.I want to make my application to run as an installer that is i want to be instal like normal programs,how can i go about this and if i want bundle a database base along with the installer,Is there a software for it?How should i go about it

If you google "open source java installer", you'll get a long list of Java installer generators.

However, in my last two companies, they chosen to go with commercial installer generators instead. This leads me to think that the open source ones are not very good...

If it is for Windows only you could also try NSIS or InnoSetup.
 
It is sorta covered in the JavaRanch Style Guide.
