Looks nice, but unless you live away from a town or community, why would you want gym at home?
All the gyms that I have tried are go to are very well managed, with plenty of space, latest and well maintained (and very clean) machines and facilities like swimming pool, sauna etc to unwind after a proper workout. I wouldn't setup a gym at home even if I had the funds for it!

A small local college allows community members to use their athletic facilities for a small membership fee. The hours are restricted to insure enough time for students, however, they work out fine for us. I pay $260US/year for my whole family. You can't touch any gym or spa for that price. Plus I don't have to use up space in my small house. It works well for us.
