Getting keyevents when JFrame.setVisible(false)  RSS feed

Is it possible get KeyEvents even when the JFrame is not in focus or not visible? Please let me know how...

I dont think it is immpossible since i have seen macro recording programs written in java and they can get keyevents when the JFrame is not visible
