haii friends..i want to retrive my proxy servers IP..So that i can directly access/read any URL from my java class

I don't think I understand what you're trying to do (and, consequently, what exactly you're asking).

The proxy server is a hardware box; it has a fixed IP address that you can find out by pinging it using its DNS name (assuming it has one). You should also have entered it into your browser's network configuration, assuming the browser uses the proxy as well.

So you're writing Java code that connects to an arbitrary URL, but it needs to go through the proxy? See this article for how to do that.
